IC Backup is a FREE archiving and compression programme.
It automates the task of selecting a standard set of files and/or directories, and stores them in a single zip file - which also has the current date and time in its file name.
This is useful to persons that need to backup their work regularly as you do not have to select the same set of files, nor do you need a new backup file name as the date and time is appended to the file name. Also you can optionally get the programme to copy your backed-up file to a secondary location.
